Article 11 of Personel Data Protection Law regulates the rights of the data subjects. Pursuant to this Article, you have the followingrights:

  • The right to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are being used for their intended purpose.
  • The right to know the third parties, both within the country and abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred.

  • The right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and to have the operations performed in this regard notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, in case your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate.
