Personnel with 1-5 years of service period, have 18 work days,
Personnel with 6-15 years of service period, have 22 work days,
Personnel with service period exceeding 15 years have 26 work days of yearly paid holiday periods.
12 salaries are paid per year. There are premium systems for different positions; sales premium system for employees working in sales group, after sales premium system for the ones working in after sales group, management premium system depending on the company performance for employees working in administrative positions, and performance premium system for successful employees with high performance. Once a year in January, wage adjustments are made according to individual performance and the inflation rate.

There are personnel shuttles passing through several routes taking personnel to and from the workplace. Additionally, Company cars are allocated for personnel in administrative positions.
Lunch is provided by the company, with high quality of food obtained from contracted private catering companies. For workshop workers, there are 2 coffee breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In entire facilities, smoking is only permissible in designated special areas.
In order to improve the social life of the employees and to improve relationships, the social club organizes activities such as meetings, drama and music.
Indoor sports center in Borusan Oto Avcilar facilities is at the service for the employees.

Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra, which was founded in 1993 as a Chamber Orchestra and transformed into a Philharmonic Orchestra in 1999 with its continuously expanding, experienced and skilled artist staff and by the joining of Conductor Gürer Aykal, is the gift of Borusan Group to our community. All our personnel are encouraged to participate in culture&arts activities, and informed regularly about all activities.
